For fifteen years, Kimberly Broder lived this industry from in front of the camera — a professional commercial model who came to know its every rhythm. She loved its artistry and the doors it could open. Yet she also came to know its quieter truths: rooms that didn't feel safe, the ceaseless pressure to keep up an appearance, and the small indignities talent are too often asked to accept without a word.
So she set out to build something kinder. Drawing on all she had learned — the beautiful and the bruising alike — she created Elara: an agency that keeps everything luminous about this work and quietly removes everything that dims it. A place where aspiring talent are discovered, championed, and represented on terms that honor exactly who they are.
Beyond the agency, Kimberly is a mother, an entrepreneur, and a devoted philanthropist who holds her PhD — and remains deeply woven into communities across Florida. It is that same generosity of spirit, and that same faith in people, that she brings to every talent she represents.
